  2. Contractual Obligations : We enter into written agreements with each Subprocessor, requiring them to uphold data protection obligations consistent with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, with legal requirements such as the GDPR, CCPA, or other relevant data protection laws.
  3. Ongoing Monitoring : We periodically review Subprocessors’ performance, policies, and compliance. If a Subprocessor fails to meet our standards, we will take appropriate steps, including suspension or termination of the relationship.
